Mood's In Control

"Human beings are the most important, potent and critical, resource of any organization, and yet the least understood and the worst managed of its resources"

Human beings are of utmost important in any corporations or companies and it is a vital instrument of success compared to machines. Machines are fast in calculations, but they only obey a certain commands and they will only follow the instructions of the smarter beings, namely, the human beings. Unlike machines, human beings are miles smarter due to following our instincts of what's right and what's wrong - which is also considerably the negative aspect of it. Human beings follow what they think is right and what they think is wrong so no matter how much you give instructions to them, they can be quite unpredictable. Another reason why human beings are hard to manage within a corporation is due to the fact that they have what we commonly call as "feelings" unlike machines.

We human beings need to have a comfortable work environment to give our best but if a corporate can't comply to that, human beings can go against them. Machines follow instructions without complaining but that's the worst scenario of it - they will follow a management without thinking whether it is the right decision or not. Unpredictability and proper accomodation is the reason why human beings are hard to deal with.

Certainly one of the reasons why humans are hard to deal with - emotions. People have their respective rights to decide whether they'll follow their leader or not.

(^_^) pls drop a comment to my post too.

you said that humans are miles smarter due to following our instincts of what is right and what is wrong... true. this is what we call freedom of will. it's hard to dictate instructions to humans because we have our own way of thinking and doing things.

however, machines are also getting smarter because of that thing called "artificial intelligence" where they pattern a machine's process into the way the human mind thinks.

anyway, humans are unique and unpredictable. that's why we are hard to manage... :)

*i'd appreciate your comments, too...*
